Take the next step by booking a session
Every person I work with comes in at a different point — some are in the thick of burnout, some are functioning but quietly exhausted, some simply know something needs to change but aren't sure where to start. Wherever you are, we begin there.
Sessions are personalised, practical, and grounded in what's actually going on in your life. No rigid programmes, no one-size-fits-all protocols.
Pricing
1:1 Sessions
100$ | 60 min session
A focused, in-depth conversation on what's currently feeling most challenging. Ideal if you want to explore whether coaching is right for you, or if you need support around a specific area — stress, sleep, nutrition, energy, or habits.
Follow-Up Sessions
50$ | 30 min
A check-in to review progress, adjust your approach, and keep momentum going between longer sessions.
Coaching Packages
Packages are where the deeper work happens. When we have time and continuity, we can address root causes rather than just symptoms — and that's when things really start to shift.
One Month — $360 | 4 x 60-minute sessions A focused starting point. We identify your biggest pain points, create a clear plan, and build early momentum. Best for someone ready to take action and wanting a structured first step.
Three Months — $960 | 12 x 60-minute sessions The most popular option. Enough time to go deep, adjust as you learn more about your body, and build habits that genuinely stick. Real, lasting change usually lives here.
Six Months — $1,800 | 24 x 60-minute sessions For those committed to a full lifestyle transformation. We work through every layer — stress, sleep, gut health, nutrition, nervous system regulation — with the time and space to do it properly. The most comprehensive and sustainable results come from this level of commitment.

Frequently Asked Questions

A doctor diagnoses and tells you what's wrong, a therapist looks at the past and helps you understand why — but a coach walks alongside you as you figure out how to actually change. My role isn't to diagnose or treat — it's to help you understand what's keeping you stuck and support you in building something better, one realistic step at a time.

In the coaching relationship, the coach meets the client where they are at, lets them progress at their own pace, guides them in the best possible way they can so that the client can embark on a journey of self-awareness, self-exploration and self-discovery. The client forges his/her own destiny. He recreates his own life but, undoubtedly, with the support of the coach who is there to listen without judgement, to hold space, and to show empathy and compassion.
The quality of the coaching relationship determines whether both parties would yield fruitful results: on one side, if the client would succeed to achieve their goals, and on the other – if the coach would feel a sense of accomplishment in his work.
Transparency is an important aspect in the coaching relationship. A transparent relationship means to establish healthy and direct communication and to clarify each party’s commitments and responsibilities from the very beginning.

A nutritionist focuses primarily on food. Holistic coaching looks at the full picture — because how you eat is only one part of how you feel.
Stress, sleep quality, nervous system health, gut function, emotional balance, and daily habits all feed into each other. Changing your diet without addressing chronic stress, for example, will only take you so far. My work connects all of those dots in a way that a single-focus approach often can't.

No — and that's intentional.
Restrictive plans might work in the short term but they rarely last, and they often create more anxiety around food than they solve. What we build together is a balanced, enjoyable way of eating that supports your body — your gut health, your energy, your mood — without making food feel like a punishment or a source of guilt.
The goal is for healthy eating to feel natural and sustainable, not like something you white-knuckle your way through.

Sessions are conversation-based — there's no script and no rigid structure. We start from where you are that day: what's feeling hard, what's shifted, what you're noticing.
From there we might explore a specific area like sleep or stress, work through something practical like eating habits or daily routines, or dig into patterns that keep getting in the way. Between sessions, you'll have small, realistic actions to take — nothing overwhelming, nothing you need to be perfect at. Progress here is built in layers, not leaps.

It genuinely depends on where you're starting from and what you're working toward. Some people feel a significant shift within a few sessions. Others choose ongoing support as they navigate bigger lifestyle changes over time.
What I'd say is this: real change takes more than one conversation. Most clients find that a committed block of sessions — where we can build momentum and go deeper — is where the meaningful work happens. We can talk through what makes sense for you before you commit to anything.

Some things shift faster than others. Sleep and energy levels often respond relatively quickly when the right changes are made. Deeper patterns — around stress, gut health, or long-standing habits — take more time to unwind.
What I can tell you is that this isn't a quick-fix approach. It's an investment in understanding your body and building something that lasts. Most clients notice meaningful shifts within the first few weeks, even if the bigger changes take longer to fully take root.
-
This is honestly the most common thing I hear. And it usually tells me one of two things: either the approaches tried weren't personalised enough to your specific body and life, or the pieces were addressed separately rather than together.
A new diet doesn't fix a dysregulated nervous system. Better sleep hygiene doesn't help much if chronic stress is keeping your body in fight-or-flight. This is why the holistic, connected approach matters — and why people who've tried plenty of things before often find that this finally makes things click.

Sessions are available both online and in person. Online coaching works just as effectively and gives you flexibility regardless of where you are. We can discuss what works best for you when we connect.

The first step is a discovery call — a relaxed, no-pressure conversation where we talk about where you are, what you're looking for, and whether we're a good fit. There's no commitment required. Just reach out and we'll take it from there.
