I didn't come to this work from a textbook. I came to it through my own experience of what it feels like when life pushes you past your limits — the stress that doesn't switch off, the exhaustion that sleep doesn't fix, the sense that something is off but you can't quite name it.
That personal journey led me deep into understanding how the body and mind actually work together. How chronic stress quietly dismantles your health. How your gut shapes your mood. How the smallest daily habits either build you up or slowly wear you down. I became fascinated by the science, but I never lost sight of the human experience behind it.
I'm a certified Holistic Health Coach and Advanced Supplement Advisor, with a focus on stress physiology, nervous system health, sleep, gut health, nutrition, and healthy aging. But more than credentials, what I bring to this work is genuine curiosity, real empathy, and a deep respect for how individual the path to feeling well actually is.
